Pros: None

Cons: A long list

"I just can't understand why anyone would give this place a 3-5 star rating.
The Malibu chicken is nothing but a chopped pressed chicken and what they pass for ham is just pig parts. One taste and you'll agree. Steaks are mediocre at best and the salad bar seems to be "never attended" once its set up. This place is a joke!"

Worst Food

"We had a party of 13 there for dinner. It was chosen by someone else in our party. It was the worst food ever and we will never eat there again. Even my kids thought it was terrible. If you eat there, you must have no taste buds. The food is flavorless. If I'm going to spend money on a steak dinner, it certainly won't be there."

Salad bar is a joke

Pros: Cashier was the only one who tried to help.

Cons: Poor customer service and poor salad bar

"I ordered all you can eat salad bar and my husband ordered a steak (medium well no red). The lettuce was limp and turning brown, the tomatoes were mushy and several bowls of veggies were emply. No one was interested when I asked for fresh items and my husbands steak was blood rare. Asked for a manager but one could be found. Called the next day and the manager was not able to come to the phone and no one ever called back."

It's a great steakhouse to take the kids to.

Selection downsized, prices up

"Agree that selection is not what it used to be, guess they think most won't notice and they are probably right at Medford isn't famous for much competition"

Not that great

"I have eaten at many others and this seemed short at the selection/options at the bar. Was looking for a refill on tea and semed to be invisible."
