Did not resolve their error and misrepresentation

"I ordered a mirror using a used parts site. Caveman had the mirror in the same year, same model listed as "Silver" and Grade A. The mirror arrived had many scratches and scuffs and was a metallic gray. I called and explained this was not a Saab "Silver" but a metallic gray. He made some BS claim that the shades vary across the country, and they could not take it back. I would highly recommend NOT using Caveman unless you are local and can see the actual part."

Pros: Mike's a great guy who will get you the parts you need!

Cons: I wish the Vilas road location was as helpful.

"I just had a friendly chat with Mike (the Manager I think) and he went above and beyond the call of duty to get me a set of brakes for my BMW 750iL from the Vilas Road location. They weren't in the inventory yet, but he took the reservation for me and would call me as soon as they were available. They even pull the parts for me so I don't have to get dirty! Thanks Mike! "
