The Most Awesome Sandwich place EVER

"I cannot say enough good things about this place. Quick, delicious, reasonable prices, fabulous employees. So amazing, I only wish it was closer to Jacksonville."

The BEST sandwich shop in town!!

Pros: Clean consistent service and friendly people

Cons: They are not open for dinner!! :{

"This place is awesome! Great Food, Clean, Nice couple that own it and they move you through fast and get you back to work on time. Their prices are only slightly higher then you would pay at a drive through and are much better for you. We love to go in for good food and a smile from the people behind the counter. They even remember the kind of soup we love and offer it up special if they have some left in the back! Now I call that customer service!! Thank you Doreen! ;} "

"By far the best Pastromi sandwich Ive ever had. At first I thought the prices were rather high, but when I recieved my sandwich i was truly amazed at the quality and quantity. Worth every penny. Service was great, quality and quantity was amazing. A must for all sandwich lovers."

Best Reuben Sandwich

Pros: Portion size

"The hot reuben sandwich is piled high with corned beef and sauerkraut. The rye bread is fresh with plenty of rye seed. Yum yum!"

Good food, good service.

Pros: Big portions and good quality

"After reading so many posts, I was a little scared to approach the lady behind the counter. However, I found her to be very helpful and friendly. She was very patient as my two children decided what they wanted. Food was really good and although we thought it was a bit expensive, once we saw the size of the sandwiches we realized what a good deal it is. We'll definitely return, I can't wait to try the pastrami."

"The ingredients are high quality and very fresh. The size of the sandwiches are huge and the service is great. Nothing like the 4" soup of the day / sandwich combo to warm your belly on a cold day! "

Great Value and Food

"I would have to agree with some of the other posts. This was my first visit and although the lady behind the counter was not rude, she was not pleasant either. My sandwich was awesome. Since the lady behind the counter only takes the order, I would dine there again."

Great food!

"I LOVE the sandwiches at R&D's! I'm a vegetarian and they have the best meat free sandwich around; the avocado and cheese!!! I drive in from ashland all the time just to have one! Probably one of the top sandwich places in Oregon, if no the best!"

The portions are humongous!!!

Pros: Portions and Pastrami

Cons: decor is a little boring, but the place is clean.

"For value alone this place is worth checking out. The 4" pastrami feeds both my spouse and myself, sometimes with leftovers! Top-notch pastrami, too."

Cons: Need better breads and larger sides.

"Good service. I was pretty dissapointed in the bread. Bread is a huge part of the sandwich. I ordered sourdough, it's the only choice I had that I liked. Too soft, and not very 'sour'. The side was very tiny. I don't mean to slam them, because I'm sure they were very nice. Clean and efficient. They don't accept debit cards."

Gourmet Sandwiches

Pros: Friendly, happy, great service with a smile. They make you feel you are at home

"Probably the best in medford for sandwiches. The Hot Pastrami Sandwich served here is the best pastrami sandwich you can eat. A must if eating here for the first time. The service is good. The food is even better, you will not be dissapointed."
