"The day we went was lunch time. They didn't have a liquour license at the time, so couldn't enjoy a little wine with the food. The service was okay, the food was really good but the portions were small, and the price high for what you got. It was worth a try, but I don't think I would be back too soon."

Food is consistently good

"The food is great, and when you happen to get a good waiter/waitress there, everything is wonderful. But there's one or two that don't seem to know what they're doing, and if you're unlucky enough to get one of them, the great meal won't compensate. But overall, Sophia's is one of the better restaurants in Grants Pass. It's very pretty inside, too. "

"We have come to enjoy going to Grants Pass during the day for some shopping and other appointments and Love to go to Sophia's. Their food is true Italian, tasty and priced right. Their Lunch Menu is very hard to beat and the wait staff always comes to the table with a smile even when they are busy. You feel like you are the only ones there with the care they give you.
Dinner is a pleasant surprise, they give you an antipasto plate with some Italian favorites and the bread sticks are very good too."
