"Absolutely the best place in downtown Medford. Great menu, excellent wine and beer list, a full bar, great service. A classy, fun environment with a big city feel that isn't stuffy. Food is worth the slightly higher price. Five stars definitely."

Favorite Medford Restaurant

"My husband and I were very pleased to discover Elements about a year ago. We have enjoyed dinner there 4 times since and can find nothing negative to say about Elements.

They serve tapas, which is my favorite style of eating. Typically my husband and I spend a leisurely amount of time grazing on tapa, after tapa, sharing most of them. The food has always been well prepared, priced appropriately and service is friendly in this casual, yet very nice, atmosphere. This is a vegetarian/vegan friendly restaurant.

If you are a wine drinker, you will be pleased to see their wine menu consisting of many Spanish as well as local wines, which they serve in appropriate stemware. Prefer a cocktail? They also have a full bar."

"We love you Elements!!! Chris, one of the owners, is doing such a great job. We go there at least a few times a month, and for at least two or three or hours, we are transported out of the valley and back into the big city. Great job on food...even better job on the fantastic drink selection. This is one of the few place where I will experiment and try a new drink!"

Amazing food and drinks

"We have entertained friends from LA, Portland, DC, SF, Chicago, and Boston here, and ALL of them were impressed. A couple of them are in the food service industry, and they felt that Elements could be picked up as is, and plopped into any major metro area and it would be a hit.
I have no idea what the previous reviewer was talking about. Their potatoes are the best I've ever had, and the other dish must have been some kind of one-off special, because I've never seen anything remotely like it on their menu.
They've also done an exceptional job of promoting other local businesses, relying on local farms for vegetables and featuring local wineries and microbrews. Of course, their selection of Spanish wines surpasses anything else I've seen on the Pacific coast.
If there is a "con", it is that the place was started primarily as a bar, so people under 21 can't go in after 9 pm, but that's hardly a dealbreaker."

"There green beans and snap peas dish had no snap peas and their solution was to credit the bill $1.05 and the beans were bland. Their potato dish was cubed, greasey mashed potatos with enough smoked paprika to make chili powder. "

"A five, really? In comparison to what iv experienced in southern Oregon,yes this place gets a five. This place is like a slice of home for me, being from the San Francisco bay iv missed stuff like this.The entire time i was there,and i spent a good two hours sampling a bit of every thing i had a giant s**t eating grin on my face i just couldn't lose. I found a real deal Spanish restaurant, and i mean real deal. I should know half my family is from Spain, i cant be BSD when it comes to authentic Spanish cuisine. This place sevres it up in spades, best chorizo iv had since i last visited Europe. Great olives, out-ragous duck, superb salads. I just plain love this place. A total must go "

Incredible Food, Drinks & Environment

"This is a great place to hang out after work with friends. The crowd seems to be a little older on the weekends - more the baby-boomers - but fun atmosphere and wonderful tapas. Great place to go before the theater. Sea Bass is EXCELLENT!!!"
